Lexus Shows Off Sporty Hybrid Concept

by Nino Marchetti, September 16th, 2009

Lexus has debuted at the Frankfurt Auto Show a hybrid concept vehicle one could say is a step up from its more common Toyota sibling the Prius. It has some amazing looks and is definitely what one might consider a luxury hybrid vehicle.

The LF-Ch, as Lexus is currently calling this concept car, is one which might actually see the light of day as a road model in coming years. Lexus says this model “offers dramatic style, premium features, an innovative drivetrain with low emissions, and impressive fuel economy in a sporty yet versatile five-door package.” The integrated hybrid technology lets the driver toggle a mode switch between four driving modes, including a special “sport” option which increases the throttle response. It has all the luxury one might expect of a Lexus, such as leather trim, high end electronics and one hell of a driving experience.
