No music in the bedroom? Now is the time to take action! These cute little speakers from Fashionation’s Eco-Nation line are made from recycled materials and housed not in wood, metal or plastic but an actual cardboard box, which also allows them to fold up flat for storage. No batteries required, as they apparently pull juice directly off your portable audio device. Now, time to get some Marvin Gaye on the iPod… $14.95
Sprint’s Samsung Reclaim

Whether you’ve been together just a few months or whole decades of your lives, there’s nothing like cutesy text messages, emails and voice-messages to make your loved one swoon (and others roll their eyes.) The Reclaim web-phone from Sprint and Samsung sports a bio-plastic outer casing (made from corn), and it is free (or nearly free) from such common cell-phone nasties as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), phthalates, and brominated flame retardants (BFR.) Oh, and it comes with what Sprint claims is an energy-efficient cell-phone charger. $49.99 (after $50 rebate and 2-year agreement)
LG LH90

If your favorite activities include snuggling up on the couch watching movies with your sweetie, choose the gift that says, “I care about you, and I want you to experience superior viewing quality at home.” The LG LH90 is the first ever LED LCD HDTV certified by THX, which means it offers top-of-the-line audio-video entertainment. Available in 55-, 47- and 42-inch display sizes, it also meets current Energy Star 3.0 specifications and has backlight control options. At $2100, sure, it’s a little pricey, but what’s that compared to the romance that’s sure to accompany movie-nights at home for years to come?
