Chilean-based Mantis creates colorful, chunky-knit sweaters, ponchos and bags out of recycled cigarette butts. That's right. The butts are collected and cleaned and then incorporated into the designs. Treehugger has information on the process. But don't worry--you wont be just wearing filters. The clothing is only about 10-20% butts. The rest is natural sheep's wool.
