Boonville, California's Anderson Valley Brewing Company takes being green very seriously. In addition to a photovoltaic array in 2006 that provides 40% of the brewery's electrical needs, AVBC also recycles as much as possible, including sending their used organic materials to local farms for crop spraying, feeding livestock, and growing mushrooms.
