The Flying Goose Pub & Grille, located in New London, New Hampshire, uses solar power for both its electrical needs as well as its hot water needs. And a brewery needs a lot of hot water. The Goose estimates that their PV array provides them with 766,000 kWh per year, about a quarter of their electrical needs, and that their solar hot water system provides about 100 million BTUs annually.
