Marcia Patmos credits her grandmother with teaching her how to repurpose old items to make new ones, and she continues that legacy with her clothing line, M. Patmos. Patmos works closely with artisans from around the world to develop her pieces, and keeps her environmental impact to a minimum while doing so.
